Shipping Policy

Premade items will be sent out within 1 week, made to order items will be sent out within 1-3 weeks, depending on the item.; for the time estimate specific to the item you ordered, please check the product description.

Once your order is handed off to USPS, we are no longer responsible for it. HOWEVER, if there is an issue with your order (such as package lost in mail, or your items arrived damaged) please email plaguegrounddesigns@gmail.com with info / photos of the issue for more assistance. 

We always strive for good quality craftsmanship & packaging -- if necessary, repairs or remakes will be provided!
